The Foundation for Wine Culture has the following objectives:

Transmitting the wine as part of our cultural heritage, going deeply into the knowledge of its history, techniques of vine cultivation and elaboration and the different ways of tasting and enjoying it.

Spreading the proper, quality and preferential consumption of wine, which, along with its healthy and nutritional qualities, is able to satisfy us from a sensory, organoleptic and aesthetic point of view.

Generating more knowledge about wine, as well as the flow of related information to turn wine culture into an open and living culture.
